Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Female Barista to join our cafe team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages to our customers, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and others.
• Take customer orders and assist in choosing the right beverage options.
• Grind coffee beans and brew coffee according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, efficiently and safely.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of coffee equipment and brewing stations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and answering their questions.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee preparation and serving areas.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with local health regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista or similar role.
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages.
• Familiarity with various coffee beans, flavors, and roasts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality coffee drinks.
• Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
