We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Supervisor cum Senior Barista at our franchise coffee shop. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee shop, managing the sales team, and delivering high-quality coffee beverages to our valued customers. This is a hands-on role that requires both leadership skills and extensive barista experience.
Provide exceptional customer service by preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to meet customer preferences and quality standards.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the coffee shop by supervising and coordinating the work of the sales team, including assigning tasks and managing schedules.
- Train and mentor junior baristas, ensuring their skills are developed and maintained to deliver excellent coffee products and service.
- Uphold the brand standards and franchise guidelines, ensuring consistency in product quality, presentation, and customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, supplies, and equipment as needed, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new coffee products, and brewing techniques to provide customers with an exceptional coffee experience.
- Assist in performing administrative tasks, such as cash handling, sales reporting, and staff performance evaluations.
- Previous experience in a senior sales supervisor or barista role within a coffee shop or similar food service establishment. •Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee equipment operation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences to customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in handling sales transactions, cash handling, and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
